Upon first learning about Numerology, it is easy to assume that it is a complicated mathematical process that is difficult to master and even more challenging to apply to everyday life. It is not! Upon first learning about Numerology, it is easy to assume that it is a complicated mathematical process that is difficult to master and even more challenging to apply to everyday life. It is not! This couldn’t be further from the truth numerology is simply using a single digit addition process that anyone can do. Today, I would like to present the first step in understanding your Life Path Number and all of the power it possesses and represents. Your Life Path number can be found by adding your entire birth date and reducing the number to a single digit.
Example: your birthday is May 12, 1990, you would add 5+1+2+1+9+9+0=27 2+7=9. You would be a Life Path 9.
Knowledge in learning your Life Path Number can both comfort and encourage you to live up to the potential bestowed upon you at birth. This knowledge will assist you in the implementation of your individual strengths. In knowing and learning to use these strengths you can begin to seize opportunities and have the stamina to work through any challenge knowing it is your Life Path.
Before we dig deeper into your individual number, it is essential to explore the roots of Numerology. Pythagoras, “the Father of Numerology,” he is a well-known Classical Greek philosopher who is best remembered for the Pythagorean Theorem. Born over 2500 years ago, he spent his early life in the Greek Colonies of Southern Italy. Ambitious in his research, his studies reportedly took him to Babylonia, Phoenicia, India and Egypt. In these exotic locations, it is supposed that he came to recognize numerological patterns. Pythagoras believed that numbers, present in everything, are the foundation of the universe and possess their own personalities that influence and affect all of civilization. In numerology, the personality traits of these numbers, suggested by the basis of Pythagorean thought, influence every person throughout their life.
Pythagoras founded a pedagogical institution that, unlike other schools in Classical Greece, accepted both male and female pupils. Additionally, Pythagoras’ school admitted students of all races and religions. I honored this early numerological academic establishment by using its name, which translates to Semi-Circle, as my trademark and logo for my numerology cards. Semi-Circle Numerology cards are the only real numerology cards currently on the market.
